Sample sets of the stock forms go out free within the EU and at cost elsewhere. Enquiries are read by the two people who would run your project; expect a reply within two working days.

Four answers that save a round of correspondence.

Do you supply scented pieces?

Only under a separate agreement using the client's own oil and dosage. Everything else leaves here unscented.

What is the real minimum?

500 pieces per form and colour for gypsum, 1,000 for ceramic. Four colours of the same form is four runs, not one.

Can you match a competitor's stone?

We can match absorption and finish to a specification. We will not copy a distinctive form that belongs to someone else.

Do you ship outside the EU?

Regularly, with EUR.1 certificates where a preference applies. Plaster is heavy, so sea freight is usually the honest recommendation.
